1.Instruction of the Battery Pack Structure
(1)Battery modules
40  cells,  4 parallel and  10 serial to make a battery module.
(2)Protective board
The protective board, provides protection against overcharge, and short circuit, through monitoring
single string of cells. Also it enables every battery pack to obtain independent balancing function
(3)Charge/discharge standards for cell
 Cell adopted:  ICR3.7V2200mAh-2900mAh 
 Constant charge current: 0.2 C5A -1 C3A is the best. cell max voltage<4.3V.
 Constant discharge current: single cell min voltage> 2.75V
 Rapid charge capability: Max. charge current1C3A;temperature increase falls within 15°C is
normal while over 15°C will affect the cycle life of cell.
2.Storage and Transportation
(1)Based on the characters of cells, proper environment for transportation of battery pack need to be created to protect the battery.
(2)During transportation,50% SOC must be kept to ensure that short circuit, appearance of liquid in the battery or immersion of battery in liquid never occur.
(3)Battery should be kept at -20ºC~45ºC in warehouse where it is dry, clean and well-ventilated.
(4)During loading of battery, attention must be paid against dropping, turning over and serious 
stacking.
 
3. Warnings and Tips
In order to prevent the battery leaking, getting hot and exploding, please pay attention to preventing
measure as following:
 Never throw the battery into water, keep it under dry, shady and cool circumstance when not use.
 Never upside down the positive and negative.
 Never connect the positive and negative of battery with metal.
 Never ship or store the battery together with metal
 Never knock, throw or trample the battery.
 Never cut through the battery with nail or other edge tool.
    Notices! 
 Never use or keep the battery under the high temperature. Otherwise it will cause battery heat, get into fire or lose some function and reduce the life. The proposed temperature for long-term storage is 10-45ºC.
